Nikki Nguyen, Esq.

Founder & Managing Principal

Nikki has more than 15 years of business and legal experience serving clients in a wide variety of industries.  She started her career as a transactional attorney at Rutan & Tucker, LLP.  Thereafter, she launched and developed the legal and regulatory division of a global consulting firm that spun-out of Deloitte & Touche, where she worked successfully in concurrent recruiting, client service and business development roles for almost 10 years.  Under her leadership and drive as Regional Director, the service offering grew substantially in the Western Region where she consistently led the team in client generation, origination and retention.  She attributes her success to the work ethic that was instilled in her by her immigrant parents, having the passion to connect with clients and consultants quickly, and having natural instincts about people and client service.

Nikki's business drive and entrepreneurial spirit were revealed early on out of pure necessity.  Her parents made the difficult decision to emigrate to the U.S. from Vietnam with nothing but the clothes on their backs when she was a toddler, so that she and her 9 sisters could have better educational and career opportunities.  Nikki did not take the sacrifices that her parents made for granted.  She started contributing financially to the family when she was 7 years old, selling asian ramen noodles to her classmates for $1.00/package, which was a novel snack for the school kids accustomed to potato chips.  Her mom purchased them at the asian grocery store for 10 cents.  When her mom found out where she was getting the money to buy various items for her sisters, she made her stop.

Nikki was Valedictorian of her high school, which helped her to earn a scholarship to USC, where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Business Finance.  She attended UCLA for law school, where she was selected to be a lawyering skills teaching assistant and was awarded the Joseph Drown Fellowship.
